If you’ve purchased a used wheel, we’ll text you a photo of the exact wheel before it ships to make sure you're happy with its condition.

All of our used wheels are fully inspected and guaranteed to have no bends, cracks, or structural damage.

For the fastest service, please leave your mobile number at checkout so we can text the photo to you. Prefer email instead? That works too — just make sure it’s correct at checkout.

Shipping policy

 Shipping Rates and Services

* All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
* Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25 per wheel/item.
* We currently ship only within the continental United States (lower 48 states).
* We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, or P.O. boxes.
* Orders placed over the weekend will generally ship on Monday or Tuesday.
* We ship from multiple warehouse locations and will make every effort to ship from the warehouse closest to the customer

Used Wheels / Rims

After a used wheel is purchased, we will send photos of the actual wheel by text message or email for approval before shipping. This allows the customer to review its condition and ensures satisfaction before the order leaves our facility.

If the wheel does not meet the customer’s expectations, the order may be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

All used wheels are inspected and guaranteed to be straight and free of cracks. Because these are used products, they may have minor cosmetic blemishes consistent with normal wear.

Reconditioned Wheels / Rims

Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for the reconditioning process. Once completed, UPS Ground delivery generally takes an additional 4–7 business days, depending on the destination.
