Cancellation and Refund Policy

Items Ordered Incorrectly or No Longer Needed

If you ordered an item incorrectly or no longer need it, please contact us within 30 business days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • The item(s) must be returned in their original condition – not mounted, used, or damaged.
  • Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions!
  • AllUsedRims.com will not pay for return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the 30% restocking fee.

When returning items:

  • Use a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
  • Ensure items are securely packaged in their original condition to prevent any damage during transit.
  • AllUsedRims.com is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping from the customer to our warehouse. Proper packaging is the customer's responsibility.

Before returning or exchanging products, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us. Returns or exchanges sent without an RMA may be subject to additional fees or deductions.

Order Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of $20.00 will be applied to any orders that are canceled after they have been placed, even if the wheel has not yet shipped.

Incorrect Goods

Return Policy for Incorrectly Shipped Wheels by American Factory Wheel

At American Factory Wheel, we strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and part numbers for all listings. However, stock photos provided by manufacturers may occasionally cause discrepancies in appearance. To help prevent incorrect wheels from being ordered or shipped, we strongly recommend texting us a picture of the wheel you need to 619-889-0236. Please note: this number is for text messages only and cannot receive phone calls. A representative will respond to your text between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

If You Receive Incorrect Wheels

If you receive wheels that differ from what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to report the issue.
  2. The item(s) must be unmounted, unused, and undamaged to qualify for a return.
  3. You may return incorrect items for a full refund, including shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Return Instructions

  • Securely package the incorrect item(s) using the same method as they were received to ensure safe transit. Remove any existing shipping labels from the package and attach the new return label we provide. Please drop off the package at any authorized UPS or FedEx shipping location, depending on the carrier specified on the return label. Double-check that you are using the correct shipping company to avoid delays or issues with the return process.
  • Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
